Nice spacious van nice & airy, 2 loo's 1 with large shower.Very comfy beds. Nice sized TV and plenty of comfy seating. Everything you need for your stay, very close to the beach and 10 minute's walk to Prestatyn Town centre and railway station. Enclosed patio area if you have a dog, also with table & chairs. The caravans livingroom is very comfy with very nice furniture. I really enjoyed the outside sitting area as well.
We came there when it went dark, it was nearly impossible to find our caravan and in the reception there were no staff to help us. Another thing, they mentioned that there is 4 single beds and 1 double, 1 sofa bed, but there were 2 double beds and we brought single bedsheets and duvet covers, so it's a wrong information.

Loved the location , it made want to buy one in the area. Regarding the caravan itself, it was well priced and clean. Was very near to everything, coop and greggs were 5 minute walk away, the tesco and town was 9 mins walk away. The beach was just right in the corner. The WIFI was what made everything complete especially i work from home. 1ST EVER caravan i have been to with great wifi
The bunk bed in one of the rooms were not the best, was to springy and was not comfortable, the couch was way more better to sleep on. To bring your own sheets did annoy us a little bit

The property was clean and smelt lovely on arrival.
Very limited equipment for example no colander, kitchen utensils. Some of the knife and forks were flimsy. TV was poor quality and WI-FI was intermittent.
