Great stay

Comfy bed, lots of TV choices. Kitchen has everything required, including washer/dryer. Lovely dining room. Nice big rooms. A stone's throw from train station. All in all, a lovely place to stay.

Although tastefully decorated, too many nick knacks around making certain areas look cluttered, including lots of thank you cards, which could probably be kept neatly together in a folder. Lots of part used shower washes, shampoos etc in shower which I don't feel appealing. Dark coloured towels.

A relaxed, comfortable stay and I appreciated the festive Christmas tree and lights!

The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the station and over the bridge to the High Street and retail park with M&S, Tesco, Boots etc. It's also an easy short walk down to the beach. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need. Patrick meets you to give you the key and explains how everything works which is great. It's also good to know that he is on hand if you need anything.

Superb stay

Location is perfect to explore North Wales area. Home from home, all the amenities you require. Owner is very helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding area which is helpful for planning days out.

A great location for a fantastic week!

We had a very warm welcome from Patrick and he made us feel very much at home. This location was perfect for what we wanted which was a Christian convention at the Pontins site .We walked everywhere from the flat which was very convenient .The flat was very comfortable, facilities were great for self catering and very spacious for 2 people.

Only a very minor thing was that it was tricky charging up my phone by my side of the bed because I Iike to have it charging over night but that could have been solved by an extension cable .

Patrick is a great host very helpful. keen to make sure I was ok with everything at the property. It's a great place 5 minutes walk from the train station and roughly the same to the town centre and the bus station. The apartment had everything you needed. I hope to stay again at some point.

Travelling by train, the flat could not have been more convenient - about a minute's walk away. Patrick was there to provide the keys and to show us round. He is a charming host who 100% wants to make sure you enjoy your stay. He has a wealth of local knowledge should you need it. The flat has absolutely everything you could want. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and all the rest. The lounge is comfortable - comes with WiFi and Now TV. The bathroom had plenty of towels and a great new shower. The dining room is lovely, although we were not there long enough to use it. The bedroom is large and quiet and warm. We had a great stay and will be both recommending to our friends and definitely staying here again. Couldn't rate rate The Shady Corner (or Patrick!) higher.

Amazing place, amazing location and amazing host

We loved everything about the property. Very clean and well furnished, very comfortable with everything we could ever need, great location - close to the high street and the beach, whilst being in a quiet secluded location, parking which the host Patrick helped with, and our lovely host Patrick who was there to greet us and show us around and who took the time to explain everything clearly to us.

I don't see how this property could be improved.

Lovely apartment

We thought the apartment was outstanding and the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town centre and the beach. On arrival, we were grateful that Patrick was there to greet us straight away, and even helped us to get a parking space right outside the apartment. We were given lots of information about the local area, and some helpful advice on what to do and where to visit also. Patrick made us feel so welcome which was lovely. The apartment had everything you need and more! We will definitely be returning next time we visit North Wales, thank you so much Patrick!
