The property was centrally located, close to the beach, close to a park for our furbaby and close to shops etc. Everything in walking distance. Bed was very comfortable and the property was very clean and inviting. The treat for the furbaby was the perfect touch 🐾

Very cosy . Everything you would need and more was thought of . Even the dog was left a treat . Ideally situated for walks towards the beach and to town .we were made very welcome .

Lovely weekend stay.

Lovely and comfortable, everything you need In a small space, the host has thought of everything, dog bowls and throws even a dog towel, lot less to pack and take with you, just a few minutes walk from the beach and the town, perfect. Can’t wait to stay again.

Cosy comfortable place.

It's a lovely, cosy cottage with everything you need for a weekend getaway, very quiet and peaceful. Location is great for barkby beach and the town is a 10 minute walk away. Facilities were top notch especially for Hugo (our pointador), everything was very clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again, possibly in summer when the weather is a little warmer.

Lovely little place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the old laundry, had everything you need for a comfortable stay and a quiet location. Short walk to Prestatyn which had lovely pubs, takeaway’s and shops. Lyz was very kind to let us check in early which was a bonus 😊

Short break to a lovely spot

Very cosy, warm space. Very unique Everything we needed for our stay was available. Very quiet and very comfortable Short walk to a lovely long beach. Short walk to places for takeaways. Contact with the owners was very easy and clear instructions given. We visited the Bodnant Gardens and the Dyserth Falls would recommend visiting both

Warm and cosy , value for money

The Old Laundry is a truly cosy and peaceful getaway, with a fantastic location that makes it ideal for visitors with disabilities. The town centre is fully accessible by mobility scooter, and the beach is also easy to reach, which made our stay so enjoyable. Liz was especially helpful and thoughtful throughout our visit, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It's a great base for exploring the area, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and accessible place to stay.

Cosy Quiet Clean & relaxing stay

It’s well equipped with everything you need you don’t need to worry about brining much they have it all here for you! Such a quiet place around here so a peaceful stay for us!

This isn’t a negative btw I feel like it’s the different generations but to be greeted by the hosts people love a chit chat but i didn’t mind as it was an easy check in and out and we didn’t have to be greater to have the best time!

Perfect for One Lady and her Dog

It may be small but it was clean ,cosy and comfortable. Absolutely perfect for one women and her dog. It was well equipped with everything you need and even the dog comforts and treats were thought off. The host was very welcoming and I felt valued as a person and thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

A delightful long weekend stay with my pooch.

Such a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. The accommodation had a lot of extras not expected. Really thoughtful touches and good use to maximise the space. Good to have an enclosed area for my dog. Truly dog friendly. Out of all the places I have stayed this is by far the best for accommodating my dog.

Quaint building, excellent value for a place to sleep.

Having read the description the building met my expectations and I had no complaints. Some may see the shortcomings as things they don't like. It's a converted out building which has height restrictions. It has been divided up to provide the basics. Some may find it a little cramped, the bathroom basic, etc. But it's clean, it's tidy, it has a homely feel with nice decoration and quality contents.

Lovely quiet weekend away from the madness

Couldn’t fault the property or the owner. Arrived late on our first night and Lyz made sure the property was warm and set up for us and our dog. The bed is so comfortable and everything in the property was easy to use and very clean, also very cosy. The little court area was ideal for our dog, and was nice to sit outside at night. Overall a lovely stay and brilliant weekend, and will definitely be back soon. Thankyou

Wonderful dog-friendly place close to the beach

Cosy wash house that had everything we needed. Appreciated the extras like toiletries, dog bed and bowls, which were a big help when travelling by train. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great. The lovely gated courtyard meant my doggo could roam freely. By evening, i could even continue watching our favourite series on the streaming service, and the throws, cushions and fairy lights made for a cosy time. We had a warm and friendly welcome from the host, Lyz . The wash house was easy to find from the station thanks to clear directions. I was travelling solo with my dog for the first time and felt safe and secure, especially knowing I hsd the lovely host on hand. We loved the location, a 15-minute walk to beautiful and dog-friendly Barkby beach. The town was also close, about 10 minutes on foot. All in all, a real gem of a place.

Lovely and warm in the cold weather! Very cosy and well supplied with what we would need, even thoughtful supplies for our canine - really appreciated this. A nice, quiet location too. Lovely lady owner.

Despite the size, everything you need provided, in good working order and spotless. Lovely character property. Only wish the weather was good enough during our stay to enjoy the courtyard and outdoor seating. This is a small property but this is explained fully in the description. Would recommend.

Enjoyed the apartment, and the town has something for everybody.

This is an apartment designed for self catering. However, we did not want to eat at the apartment, but ate out at the pubs and restaurants in the town. That's what we like to do, and you are so handy for the facilities in the town.

We had a lovely comfy stay. The town and beach were just a stones throw away.

We loved the location and the thoughtful way the tiny property was equipped. The menu’s for local restaurants was a great touch too. The owner even provided a really good hairdryer and straighteners.

It was a bit weird to watch the tv sat in the bed when there was a settee in the other room. However, it really wasn’t a problem cos you don’t really watch tv on holiday anyway do you?
