The Derwent

Was in a lovely area and exactly what we wanted for a few days away. Not a far walk from shops, train station, beach etc.

Single beds weren’t comfortable and had to provide own bedding.

Lovely caravan in a good spot on the park. Able to park right outside. Good shower, great sun trap on the balcony. Comfortable double bed.

No WiFi.

Great location on a cup de sac overlooking a green. Very near the beach. Dog friendly.

WiFi didn’t work and the van was hard to find. Directions once on the large site were poor and the van’s aren’t numbered consequently. Take towels and sheets pillowcases and quilt covers.

The caravan location is in a perfect spot. The park on site was great our kids had fun.

The caravan had a damp/musty smell. We bought air fresheners, sprays, carpet spray. It helped abit with the door and windows open. The carpet needs replacing. It hadn't been cleaned properly before our stay there was food on the floor, the kitchen floor was sticky. The couch arms were sticky and had stains. We bought some throws to sit on. Couldn't get the heating on as was no controls. I don't like to say about the negative but just being honest.
