SUNNY PRESTATYN APARTMENT

Location for us was terrific - close to family home. The apartment was very clean, lovely, large comfortable sofa, plenty of hot water for showers, convenient parking (and a very cute cat next door). Excellent for a couple, but was rather compact for 4 adults.

Everything was fine for a short stay.

The home vibe

The stairs without a stair gate only because I have kids

Overall, this was a good stay. The apartment is up a flight of stairs, difficult for me but not the apartment's fault. First impressions were good. The second bedroom is small, and although the bed was comfortable enough, it fills the room so there isn't a lot of space for cases etc. Shower was reasonably good. The living room is a reasonable size. The master bedroom is a good size, kitchen and bathroom are also reasonable and were clean. Overall, the flat was well presented. In the prevailing heat, the fan provided was so useful.

For me with some mobility difficulties and back problems, the furniture was a bit low, although comfortable to sit on. The bed in the small bedroom is also a bit low. The bathroom has no working lock on the door, and as my travelling companion was a female and we are not in a relationship, it was a little awkward at times. The walk-in shower was clean, but the concertina door needed to be re-set as it wasn't opening and closing properly. There is a lack of information at the property about operating appliances etc. If I didn't already know the area, finding the parking space would have been difficult. I would suggest that the owners give directions to any client via messages. The small dining table is inadequate.

Location perfect for visiting family

Bed in main bedroom was hard barely slept for 2 nights. property not been cleaned properly and shower door doesn’t close properly
