SUNNY PRESTATYN APARTMENT

Overall, this was a good stay. The apartment is up a flight of stairs, difficult for me but not the apartment's fault. First impressions were good. The second bedroom is small, and although the bed was comfortable enough, it fills the room so there isn't a lot of space for cases etc. Shower was reasonably good. The living room is a reasonable size. The master bedroom is a good size, kitchen and bathroom are also reasonable and were clean. Overall, the flat was well presented. In the prevailing heat, the fan provided was so useful.

For me with some mobility difficulties and back problems, the furniture was a bit low, although comfortable to sit on. The bed in the small bedroom is also a bit low. The bathroom has no working lock on the door, and as my travelling companion was a female and we are not in a relationship, it was a little awkward at times. The walk-in shower was clean, but the concertina door needed to be re-set as it wasn't opening and closing properly. There is a lack of information at the property about operating appliances etc. If I didn't already know the area, finding the parking space would have been difficult. I would suggest that the owners give directions to any client via messages. The small dining table is inadequate.

It was the ideal location for my needs. Central to several locations. Facilities and shopping within 5 minutes.

I can't say there wasn't anything I didn't like.

House smells bad, under sofas very messy, bread toastie very messy looks not cleaned every visits, no coffee (no much choices for welcome accessories), kitchen pans are, Creasy and scratches, Owen not cleaned, microwave rustic and unhygienic, vacuum Cleaner not emptied and smells when ever vacuum floor etc. no dust pans or brooms, towel are not very hygiene, smell bad.
