Welcome to Ty Wâll, a beautiful getaway at the foot of Graig Fâwr in the village of Meliden with local shop, pubs, restaurant & golf course in walking distance. Two miles from Prestatyn with shops, Nova Centre (pool), cinema, restaurants & award-winning beach. Perfect for exploring the North Wales coast & countryside & Snowdonia. Or a cosy break.
My historic stone-built terrace has been stylishly renovated throughout. Relax outside in the private paved garden with BBQ. Pet Friendly with external gate and dog shower.
Downstairs is an open plan dining & kitchen area with hand-crafted wood table and dining chairs. Fully fitted kitchen, cosy lounge room with a comfy sofa, coffee table & wall mounted Sky Glass TV. The open staircase leads up to two bedrooms. The first bedroom has king size bed, second bedroom is a quirky snug double bedroom with exposed stone wall. Please note whilst the room is very comfy, there is lower than normal headroom over the bed.
