No 2 Emporium Apartments, a first-floor apartment, consists of a kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, air fryer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and a living/dining room with a 60" TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and a dining table seating four guests. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with TVs, serviced by a shower room. One well-behaved pet welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and within 0.9 miles, you will find a beach. Please note: The flat is located above the restaurant Dishes, so some noise may be heard during operating hours; however, this will not continue beyond 10:00 PM. Enjoy a fun-filled seaside escape at 2 Fern Avenue. Good housekeeping bond 150 GBP.
