The host was very responsive, the location is fantastic and the caravan is very cosy! Lots of games for children which was fantastic. And plus had air fryer! Perfect!

After reading all the reviews commenting the cleanliness of the place I was a bit disappointed as it wasn't clean as I would have hoped. As soon as we arrived we had to vaccum the place as it was full of dust and sand. Plus side the vacum was good! Also I would have expected one roll of toilet paper at least so be prepared if you need a wee as soon as you arrive 😂

TV was a little temperamental!

Great location very near to the beach. The van was clean. Lots of toys and games. Verandas which caught the afternoon sun.

Quite small with lots of owner's possessions so not much room for guest's items - particularly in the kitchen and small bedroom. No toilet roll. 1 mattress in the small room needs changing - very uncomfortable. Broken bathroom blind and grill door. Boiler had a fault on it and gas bottle needed changing. (We sorted it after a phone call to owner). After it was all fixed we had a gas bottle delivery the following day. He knocked on for the gas bottle security key but we had no idea where it was. No prior notification of delivery was given to us by owner. Whilst we were out, someone entered the van and performed a gas check and again, we were not notified in advance. No instructions for any appliances - including boiler. No leaflets on local attractions and eateries. We wanted to swim at the sister Lyon's park in Rhyl but on arrival, found you had to book in advance. Information regarding the use of facilities at Lyon's Robin Hood Park would be useful.
