The location was perfect, we took our 2 young grandchildren for a short break and they loved it. Having the beach and other attractions without having to drive was perfect.
The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the miserable lady, who obviously runs the breakfast room, we booked for the first day but decided not to book for the following day because we didn’t feel very welcome, although the young ladies who served us were lovely. Also all of the other staff at this hotel were lovely.

everything was lovely looking from outside chalets look tired but inside are beautiful and clean beds pillows very comfortable x home from home great for our selfs and dog

Great location nice and clean
They was no plug socket in the bedroom and i couldn't open the windows so was very hot inside I asked whether the chalet was on the ground floor to he told it was upstairs she did say they is 1 downstairs but I got told it was an extra £40 my husband has a poorly knee and it waiting on a operation i wasnt happy with being charged another £40 as I was already paying £200 for the 2 nights this was deflating
