The property is in a great location and felt very safe and secure.
It made the perfect base for exploring Prestatyn and the surrounding areas. The local beach is beautiful and we’d highly recommend a trip to Conwy. We really enjoyed breakfast at The Beach Hut Nova, which is just a short drive away.
The hot tub is a lovely addition, and the owners have thought of some good touches that make a stay more comfortable, such as USB plugs, a ring light mirror, and essential items like dishwasher tablets, soap, and milk sachets.
We also had plenty of towels for the hot tub, which we appreciated.
Despite the property being dog friendly, there was no sign of previous dogs. Our little dog absolutely loved it, there were even dog treats in the cupboard. The whole area impressed us with how welcoming it is to dogs, with many pubs and restaurants happy to accommodate them.
It felt a little tired in places, with an interesting mix of old and new throughout.
The house is clearly well cared for, though as is often the case when you see something every day, it’s easy to overlook small details that might stand out to a visitor. A few areas, like some skirting boards, radiators, and light switches, could benefit from a bit of extra attention, but I’m sure these will be quickly taken care of now they’ve been mentioned.
Please don’t let this put you off, these are very minor points, and the many positives of the property far outweigh them.

Excellent location especially now the new path to the beach has been completed. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is even a water bowl annd treats for the dogs and the hot tub was lovely. As it was February the heating was on when we arrived.
As it is dog friendly there are always a few stray dog hairs and the beds are a little uncomfortable but the beds are never as comfy as at home wherever you go!
