I had work meetings in Belem while staying here, so this was a wonderful central location to get to my meetings and also to explore the city. I highly recommend it. It was quiet, comfortable, and in a great location. It got a bit warm in the bedroom without AC, but the hosts brought me a fan so quickly when I asked about one, which was great! Hosts were also very communicative and made the stay very easy.

Location is perfect !! Is not in city centre, so out of all the noise but super close to the main areas so you get there easily.
Front of the building have a lovely terrance, big wardrobe perfect for people who stays longer than a weekend. Check in / Check out super easy and smooth the host is very friendly and communicative and replies fast in case you need anything.
Shower cabinet is very small.

Clean room with basic amenities and shared social space with couches, dining table, refrigerator, dishes and drinking water
Standard toiletries not available, you must bring your own soap, shampoo, etc… the toilet seat was broken and never fixed.

Great location on line 15E so direct from the town center and the person I messaged with questions always answered quickly. The place itself was nice and clean and a safe quiet street. Great communal are with plates and cutlery + kettle and coffee machine
I knew my room was a single room so I expected something small but it only had a tiny hole as a window. impossible to get fresh air in or see the outside and the bed was uncomfortable. The cleaner that check me in was super friendly but spoke no English and in 2 days I never saw anyone else so impossible to ask questions in person. Nice communal area with fridge but would have been nice to leave some coffee capsules and tea for people who just arrived.
