The location was great to reach all sites in Belem, take public transportation to the city center of Lisbon and Cascais. The room was tidy and had everything I needed, an iron was also provided upon request. The host was very responsive and helped with everything I asked for, e.g. later check-out.

Location and bed comfort
Facilities and lack of responsiveness, we were booked for 10 days and no cleaning service was provided during that time.

Great location if you are interested in staying in Belem. Great aircon.
The room was not very clean - there were some hairs in the shower and on the bed. The bedsheets were clean as well as the towels, but the access to the room is very narrow - just above a restaurant were you share the stairs. It is smelly and the room as one tiny window. You cannot lock the door from the inside, which I dont like.
