About this bed and breakfast
GERÓNIMO GUEST HOUSE BELÉM results from the conversion of a part of a homestay into a small, comfortable and cozy accommodation unit in central Belém, less than two minutes' walk from the Jerónimos Monastery, the Tagus River Banks and a area where you can find less than a five-minute walk from the main monuments of the golden age of Portugal and its maritime expansion, highlighting the Belém Tower and the Monument to the Discoveries, several museums and magnificent gardens.
Virtually all of the original stuffing and furniture has been used, rehabilitated and used to create different experiences in each of its five suites, linked to Portugal and its presence in the World.
In Belém, the great Portuguese epic of discoveries and the presence of our country in the world began.
In the Macau suite, we arrived in the Far East and the farthest reaches of Portugal's presence in the world, recreating the atmosphere of a Portuguese house in the 40's and 50's.
In addition to the decorative details, all suites are equipped with the necessary equipment to make each guest feel comfortable, including private bathroom, air conditioning, cable TV, minibar (drinks not provided), fast wifi, safe and Hair dryer.

The location is perfect for seeing the sights of Belem. The property is clean and I like the authentic Portuguese ambiance. I would stay here again.

Jorge was a great host and was always available since he lives next door. Rooms were clean and the beds were good and roomy. The site was close to everything in Belém. Easy walking distance for food and sights. Definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful room and a lush shared garden area to relax in. Many amenities, and wonderful communication from the host. Busy Museum area and the Tagus river are a short walk away. A trolley (or train or Bus) ride to the center of town also just a few blocks away. Plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. Highly recommended for your Lisboa stay.
