    No Parking although advertised as such - we had to drive around for ages and eventually found somewhere but ended up with a fine. Virtual check in sounds great in theory but there was a large hold up when we got there as there were at least 3 other parties alongside us struggling to check in and receive our room information for various reasons - reservation not available, payments screens not working etc. Actual room was lovely, cleaner who was on site was super helpful for us all and suites were great quality although we were not given a cot despite requesting one. Location was great for getting the tram in but would advise checking the area running fully as there were rod works when we travelled so had to walk in but was beautiful weather and a beautiful city so was fine.

    The apartment was superb. Super clean and a very good bed. It's a service apartment and fully furnished. The only downside was that there weren't few basic things which are most common in a service apartment: salt, pepper, oil and kitchen paper towel. They aren't big things but it's waste of time to go an buy specifically when you need them. But in general, really good apartment and we recommend it.

    The place is nicely located. Easy accessible via public transport. The beds were super comfortable.
