What do you really expect when you rent a room? Cleanliness, comfort, a good location, and a fair price... I found all of these here. Before coming, I saw some bad reviews about the building being old, the train noise, or the shared spaces. Honestly, I can say just one thing: you get exactly what you see in the photos and descriptions. There are no bad surprises. If you are close to a train station, of course you will hear the train—but it was not annoying at all. Do you want a private bathroom in your room? Then you should choose the double room at the back, it’s that simple. The building matches the old style of the area. If you think it is too old, you should stay in a luxury hotel instead. The kitchen had everything we needed. For me, the best part was the terrace. Having my breakfast there gave me great energy for the day. Also, the check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, so we had no problems at all. In short: if you want a clean, well-located, and affordable place, this is the perfect choice. But if you want something much better, I suggest booking a hotel room.

If you look for problems, you can always find them anywhere. But during my stay, I chose to focus on the good things. Finding something negative is up to you. For example, you could say the room was small for two people, but for me, the important thing was that it was clean.

Shared apartment entry and kitchen. No AC.

Facilidade de acesso até chegar o local da acomodação. Ônibus e metrô (comboios) próximos. Supermercado e farmácia próximos.

Após adentrar o prédio da acomodação é preciso passar por várias portas e trancas: parecia uma prisão. Eram muitas chaves e todos os dias precisávamos sair com as mesmas. A porta de entrada tem um sistema de abertura eletrônico que não funciona e a fechadura da porta do lado externo fica em local de difícil acesso (é preciso ajoelhar para abrir) e essa fechadura também não funcionava de maneira correta. Era uma dificuldade imensa para entrar no prédio da acomodação todos os dias! Falaram que iriam trocar as toalhas e fazer limpeza no terceiro dia da acomodação mas apenas deixaram as toalhas sob a cama. Não recolheram o lixo do banheiro e da cozinha compartilhada e tampouco limparam o banheiro conforme fora prometido.
