La ubicación respecto al Estadio da Luz, al que se llega andando en un paseo de 15-20 minutos. La limpieza era correcta, y no había humedades tal y como indican otros comentarios, pero claro, en pleno verano y con temperaturas altas es imposible que las haya.

Por un lado su cercanía a las vías del tren y al intenso tráfico de las carreteras colindantes. Por otro lado, me pareció poco correcto que la hora de entrada sea a partir de las 15:00, y la hora de salida sea como máximo a las 10:00. Nosotros salimos un poco más tarde y no tuvimos ningún problema, pero se agradecería un poco más de margen. Tampoco me gustan los alojamientos que te dejan la llave con las instrucciones en una cajita, y no ves a nadie, lo que siempre te genera un poco de inseguridad. Precio un tanto elevado para la calidad que se ofrece.

What do you really expect when you rent a room? Cleanliness, comfort, a good location, and a fair price... I found all of these here. Before coming, I saw some bad reviews about the building being old, the train noise, or the shared spaces. Honestly, I can say just one thing: you get exactly what you see in the photos and descriptions. There are no bad surprises. If you are close to a train station, of course you will hear the train—but it was not annoying at all. Do you want a private bathroom in your room? Then you should choose the double room at the back, it’s that simple. The building matches the old style of the area. If you think it is too old, you should stay in a luxury hotel instead. The kitchen had everything we needed. For me, the best part was the terrace. Having my breakfast there gave me great energy for the day. Also, the check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, so we had no problems at all. In short: if you want a clean, well-located, and affordable place, this is the perfect choice. But if you want something much better, I suggest booking a hotel room.

If you look for problems, you can always find them anywhere. But during my stay, I chose to focus on the good things. Finding something negative is up to you. For example, you could say the room was small for two people, but for me, the important thing was that it was clean.
