Good value for money

hotel should be refurbished and enhanced as it is a bit old and materials are very cheap

Location for us was great not far from the airport and the bus station for our onward journey. Contact for access was very good. The reception staff was very friendly.The kitchen and lounge are good if you want to self cater.

Bathroom was very snug, the carpet our our room could have done with a clean.

Confy rooms, quiet and clean

The room was lovely and cozy, all the amenities were there.

The wifi didn't work for the whole of my stay and while customer support was aware of the issue, the problem did not get fixed. I had to purchase additional data on my phone in order to do my work. It would have been better if they were able to keep me up to date with what's happening. Secondly - the signs for exit and emergency number on the door was flourescent and incredibly bright, along with the blinking light on the smoke detector in the ceiling. Not sure what can be done about this if it's mandatory - so just make sure you bring eyemask if you want to get some sleep.
