The location is good. The room is nice, clean, comfortable with nice view. The staff was good.

Location and the Client service.
Well, the building ( like most of them in Lisbon) is a little old. But, the room was perfect also the view. Just maybe the Wc was doing some strange sounds.

Size was good, it had a iron, hairdryer, tv, good tv, wardrobe, kitchen.
It needed much repair work done, the plumbing needs urgent repairs, it smelled foul water when flashed, the shower took long for hot water to run, the sink was rusty. The bedding was creased the display pillows (yellow) smelled like sweat, and were put on the bed, the rooms needed sound proofing.
