The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really went above and beyond. A great location for the river front and Belém area and an easy 10 minute tram or bus to the old centre.

Breakfast is great, despite the number of people at the same time, it makes a lot of confusion. But it has a variety of options.
It is not a jovial environment, which allows a lot of interaction between guests.

The only employee at the reception was counting money and did not acknowledge us for several moments.
The bed was not very comfortable.
The room was not very clean either.
The breakfast selection and preparation are weak.
It's definitely overprice for the service they offer.
