The Rooftop view is amazing to the Sigiriya rock. The breakfast is really good.
Mold in the bathroom and very old shower.

The location is good and close to many places. The rooms are very well maintained, classy, and comfortable. The balcony is a nice highlight with a pleasant view, which makes the stay relaxing.
Vehicles cannot reach directly to the property as it is located a bit inside, so you need to walk a short distance. It can feel slightly scary at night due to the approach path.

At night, the road leading to the property is very dark, and there is a dog that barks at people.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. The views from the rooftop terrace were beautiful. The bed and floor were spotless but the room needed a deep clean. PROS Lovely staff Welcome juice Beautiful terrace views Spacious room Clean linen and floors
Room 4 is a bit run down and needs some investment. The shower cubicle was old and claustrophobic. There was a leak in the bathroom that had created damp and mould in the wall near the bedroom so the room smelled musty. Every magazine and appliance in the room is in Japanese.
