Everything was excellent. They are the sweetest people and the food is amazing. I couldn’t get a ride to the airport until 5pm so they let me stay by the pool and relax. Nilu is so loving and made me a meal to take on the road to the airport. The property is gorgeous with a well maintained pool, family vibe, and beautiful landscape. You can walk to Sigiriya and all the bars and restaurants very easily. The room was private, clean, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Can’t wait to go back again and will be telling all my friends!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality and letting me enjoy your spectacular piece of paradise!

Excellent location (15minutes to Lions rock and Pidurangala). Big room, fridge. Biggest plus are the hosts. Owner can arrange anything from safari to Minneriya national park (recommended), to scooter rental. His wife is absolute sweethearth which will make you delicious breakfast aswell as dinner and take care of you like her child.

Very nice, new pool, spectacular breakfast, nice garden area, very inviting!
This place is NOT 600m from downtown. They have put a different adress in, I don’t know if intentional or unintentional - but the place is NOT downtown. The adress for Google navigate is a neighboring hotel, the adress in the listing is a downtown adress. So this is wrong and irritating people. The hosts must clarify this.
Apart - they were nice and welcoming- but for my feeling a little too intensive in checking out safari and more possibilities.
All in all - correct the adress, 3 km away - and the completely recommendable
$$$$
