It was an incredible location!! Walking distance to everything and it was really a peaceful and beautiful property.
There were a lot of ants in our rooms which was a bit unfortunate.

It was very close to Sigiriya Lion's Rock. Restaurants are also walkable. The owners were friendly and helpful. The room and washroom are clean.

Lovely breakfast and mini fridge in room too to keep water cool which is handy

No WiFi nearly the whole time so I had to buy extra data for e sim- apparently an issue with company, other places it was working so not sure what the issue was. I was trying to work while there also.
The walls are very thin- I could hear every word from outside my room where the family play/ chat etc.
Toilet makes the loudest flush I’ve ever heard!

The owners are super nice, friendly and helpful.
The location is great! Very Close to main attractions.
The breakfast is homemade and delicious
Expect a lot of insects, bugs and types of lizards.
The owner was kind enough though to answer our midnight calls to chase the creatures.
