We stayed here for 3 nights in a chalet with private pool. Upon arrival we were greeted by a nice man who offered us breakfast as we were early and to hold our luggage before check in. We were very early and they accommodated us well on the first morning and got us in our room rather rapidly. The room was ready great. Unfortunately that was the only service we got. We tried to arrange a jeep safari and used the whatsapp sadly no response, we tried the breakfast server but no answer so booked elsewhere. We asked on day 2 if we could get our room cleaned and replenished and no one came. The wifi was in and out, there was no hot water and i heard other guests complain about the same thing. A young lad was the only person who seemed to be liasing with guests and not in a hurry to help. No one present on the bar. Breakfast was ok but cold 2 out of the 4 times we ate. The rooms are pretty, the private pool was nice but the remote didnt work. Our toilet leaked however the bed was comfortable so that was good. We arent ones to complain but the lack of cleanliness and the lack of care showed sadly and they didnt care when we did address issues raised. We wouldnt return.
