Nice place to stay, staff are friendly although there're language barrier. They changed my room as requested because first room smelled little mold. Balcony is ok, but little dirty with bird poops.
Overall it's not too bad for the price paid. It's not located in Sigirya town, 2km+ to lion rock.

staff is really nice. breakfast is good. hotel is beautiful. room is big and clean. hotel have free accommodation for driver. near Sigiriya.

Ok place to stay. Bit of a distance from center of town and places to eat etc. Rooms and facilities could do with a refresh but generally ok.
