We enjoyed our stay at the property, it was really nice and well maintained. Surely recommend to my friends to visit with family as it's a perfect pace to relax and enjoy with the family at the same time.
The only unpleasant thing happened to us was at our arrival we had a issue to check in the property due to the wrong key which did not allow us to enter the property as it was too late in the night and there was no one to help us so we had to book another hotel for that night and check in the next afternoon. The staff apologized & were really very kind. This is a human error. The quality of stay we had was excellent & we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Now we are waiting for the compensation which I am sure will be taken care by booking.com
