Casa Maria Dolores

Grande maison avec du charme et beaucoup d’espace. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Très bel extérieur également dont nous avons pu profiter (table, chaises, salon de jardin, parasol, barbecue, transat). La proximité avec le centre du village est très appréciable (marché le samedi).

Il n’y a pas de chauffage dans la maison. 3 petits chauffages avec bonbonne de gaz sont disponibles mais nous n’avais pas réussi à les faire fonctionner. Au niveau des chambres : - une chambre est équipée d’un lanterneau qu’il n’est pas possible d’occulter de la lumière - seule une chambre dispose d’un lit double (les 3 autres chambres disposent chacune de 2 lits simples)

Ampia , pulita, super attrezzata sia di utensili ma anche di olio acqua sale, caffè, te, carta igienica e tutto l’India pensabile, di modo che uno no debba subitovorecipitarsi al supermercato magari in tardo pomeriggio . Veramente brillanti

The most amazing thing with this property is the garden - various areas to sit: gazebo, under trees, sun loungers, dining table, patio . . . The garden is huge! And the view from the back of the house up the hillside is lovely and quiet too. This property undersells itself. There are actually 4 separate bedrooms, 1 double and 3 twin beds. The photos don't convey the complicated layout where there is almost a separate section to the front of the house (road), up some stairs and through a lockable door, with 2 ensuite twin bedrooms with very nice modern shower-bathrooms. The double (away from road downstairs) was very quiet. The kitchen dining area in particular is a good size with a 6 place table. There are loads of toys for kids in the utility room. There's a whole additional kitchen in the garden building! Finally the location is great for access to Haria center and out to the beaches at Arrieta and Orzola, as well as attractions such as Jameos Agua and the Jardin de Cactus. Haria is a pretty village and great for foodies.

The only heating in this vast house is 2 color gas units which, while they work ok, smell a bit after being on for some hours and also create condensation on windows etc. The house could really do with electric fan-heaters or installed heating for the winter months. We initially had problems getting the gas heaters to light but eventually figured it out using Youtube. Not a problem for us, but the kitchen appliances seem a bit undersized for a full house - a table top microwave-sized dishwasher for example.

Ruime woning met mooie terrassen. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Comfortabele bedden.
