Small pillows need replacing, no support and not comfortable

The accommodation was okay—a bit dated, though reasonably well-maintained. The towels were changed promptly and courteously halfway through our trip.

Upon my arrival, the magnificent large windows overlooking the view hadn't been cleaned; they were covered in dirt and salt spray carried by the wind, which ruined the beautiful view the apartment offers...A quick clean would have been enough. I pointed out a few broken items—such as the towel rack and wardrobe handles—as well as the curtains, which were dirty and stained, and asked for them to be replaced. I was initially assured they would be changed as soon as possible; two days later, I was told they were still making arrangements to do so; and finally, on the second-to-last day, they simply sent me check-out instructions, effectively sweeping the curtain issue under the rug and acting as if nothing had happened. Personally, we felt we were being given the runaround, as we had to deal with dirty, stained curtains throughout our entire vacation—curtains that, incidentally, had to be opened and closed constantly whenever we used the front door. A simple, honest message explaining that they wouldn't be able to replace them during our stay would have sufficed.
