The place is well located, there's some kind of gravel filled parking around, so at least on April we could handle to parking.

It's very noisy depending on the neightbors, we could hear the people hosted on other rooms talking. We had the water cut for 24 hours (that's common on Lanzarote), and the host gave us a 8l water tank. Not sure if they should have a rooftop water tank by law. There was broken stuff around the room, like the shower (didn't take photo but the head holder was broken), curtains, or even a door lock, I'm attaching pictures because this is def. not a 9 place. I am writing this review mainly because the mattress is, hands down, the absolute worst I have ever slept on in any accommodation in my entire life. It had a massive taco effect and we kept rolling into the middle and spent the night sleeping completely hunched over. When you are all the day walking and tired, sleeping like that destroys your vacations.

Location spot on literally everything you needed within walking distance.

We have stayed before but this time felt we were neglected as in towels only changed once in 3 weeks, bedding also changed once with the exception of the base sheet being changed twice.

Location great. Room and bathroom good.

Arrangements to check in, that is getting the keys were not clear. I was locked out twice! No house keeping at all - bins not even emptied. Had to leave a note requesting more toilet paper
