The location was great. The view across the harbour was fascinating, watching the cruise lines come and go as well as the ferries. Close to the charming old town. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Matteo the owner couldn’t have been more helpful, he arranged parking in a private garage after booking.com misled us and met us to help with the luggage. He communicated everything he could to make our stay a pleasurable one.
The property was a bit tired and the air con was barely adequate.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, die Aussicht sensationell, die Aufteilung der Wohnung schön. Betten bequem. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht. Und der Lift ist sehr angenehm. Wir möchten bleiben.
Die Steckdosensituation sollte man wieder überprüfen und das Terrassenmobiliar erneuern, das wäre schön. Die Lautstärke der Hochstrasse für Nichtstädter kann schwierig werden.

Der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Das Apartment ist sehr groß und so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es liegt eine Liste aus mit Tipps für Genua, die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es gab einen Lift. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, sowie der Bahnhof sind direkt um die Ecke.
Auch wenn die Aussicht auf den Hafen schön ist, ist es insgesamt sehr laut. Dadurch kann man nachts die Fenster eher nicht wirklich öffnen und auch die Terrasse ist dadurch weniger angenehm nutzbar, da man direkt über einer mehrspurigen Straße sitzt.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral zu Altstadt und in Gehweite zu weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Speziell zu erwähnen ist die schöne Terrasse mit Sicht auf den Hafen und die weitere Umgebung Genuas. Der Gastgeber Matteo ist sehr zuvorkommend und bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Apartment von Matteo sehr genossen.
