Very nice stay

The apartment is very authentic — it really lets you experience the life of a fisherman from the past. It has everything you need, and the beds are very comfortable. Clean, cozy, close to the Genoa Aquarium, practically in the city center, and not far from the train station. We liked everything.

Exceptional

It was a pleasure to meet Raffaella, our very kind and lovely host, who gives us very useful advices about public transportation in Genoa, tourist attractions, or the way back to the airport. The apartment is very clean, well-maintained, in the city center, and many of the worth-visiting tourist spots. Carrefour Express is a 5-minute away by foot, there's a 24/7 coffee vending machine on the ground floor, and the area is full of restaurants and bakeries. We had a wonderful stay in Genoa, it's a very beautiful city, full of history.

Noisy and hot, otherwise would be ok

The host was nice It was close to Main attractions Clean Well equipped with fridge, plates, cuttlery etc.

We didn't feel safe in the neighborhood Very noisy because The Windows are facing The Main road (we kept The Windows closed but it made no difference) We had to keep The AC on 24/7 but it didn't cool The 2 rooms

The interior is quite new and modern looking. The guy is helpful.

The surrounding is terrible. Crowded streets, bad looking guys in the alley ways, and in the port, but fortunately there are a lot of police guys. Heavy traffic, hard to park. The best to choose the Marina porto antico underground parking garage.

Perfectly located, very close to the aquarium, Genoa Old Port and other attractions. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. The host was friendly and provided excellent recommendations.

An enjoyful experience

This apartment has very interesting entrance under a bridge. The apartment door is like a seperator between 2 different worlds. But we really enjoyed this. Genoa is unique place where you can find so many background of major naval wars and colonization history, it is awesome to stay this place to feel deeply what you in to. Within its natural decoration and to be located in the hearth of the history the apartment already pays you back more than your expectations. The maschere restaurant next to the apartment was local and really tasty. To be at room after dinner with a couple of steps was also awesome.

Comunicare con il proprietario é un impresa .già prima di partire abbiamo provato a scrivere al proprietario più mail per avere informazioni non ha mai risposto.il giorno dell' arrivo in struttura arriva una mail con le indicazioni per il ritiro delle chiavi e per il parcheggio.anche qui abbiamo cercato di contattarlo whatsapp come ci aveva detto di fare nessuna risposta. Il costo del parcheggio è di €40 al giorno il proprietario ci aveva detto che sarebbe stato applicato uno sconto e avremmo pagato sui €23 invece è ora di pagare il costo è stato di 36.. la zona in cui è situato l'appartamento è a dir poco oscena. Ci siamo trovati gentaglia sdraiata davanti al portone e ha urlare e litigare tutta la notte .con le bambine ce ne siamo andati un giorno prima. Abbiamo chiamato il proprietario per avvisare che ce ne saremmo andati un giorno prima non ha neanche chiesto perché o cosa fosse successo.un grandissimo maleducato.

Casa pulita e ben organizzata.ottima posizione per raggiungere l'acquario a pochi passi e il centro storico.proprietaria molto gentile

Unica pecca,la posizione dell'appartamento.la sera avevamo paura a rientrare a casa per via di alcuni individui che frequentavano la zona e il bar di fronte all'appartamento.ovviamente non è colpa dei proprietari e della struttura.e' un vero peccato perché per il resto era tutto perfetto...

El apartamento por dentro estupendo! Todo muy nuevo la vista muy bonita desde la ventana al puerto!

Llegamos de noche fue muy difícil encontrar la entrada del apartamento parecía una puerta abandonada sucia olía a pipi mucha gente mirando rarro!! El anfitrión no nos había mandado ninguna indicación !!

L'appartement est bien, propre et fonctionnel, très bien placé. Nous étions en famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

On a eu chaud , la clim fonctionné mal . Le ventilateur, nous a sauvé la mise .

Ok posizione, ma NO per famiglia con bambini

L'appartamento si trova molto vicino al porto e, quindi, alle strutture visitabili (Acquario, Biosfera, Bigo, Città dei bambini) con e per i bambini. È vicino ad un parcheggio pubblico H24. È molto piccolo con tetto basso, ma fornito con il necessario per i soggiorni brevi.

L'appartamento è su affaccio stradale su una strada principale e sempre movimentata, è privo di finestre insonorizzate; è situato in un viottolo, non illuminato la sera con un passaggio di persone poco 'educate'(abbiamo trovato muro e portone urinato). Tra i servizi proposti è indicato il parcheggio privato, no, c'è quello pubblico con convenzione (24€/g).
