Perfect Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely one-bedroom house. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend away. It was fully equipped — from the kitchen essentials to thoughtful little touches — and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for visiting Bicester Village, with everything just a short distance away. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept place to stay.

Great Little Property

I had a fantastic stay at this self-catering property. Although it was self-check-in, the communication from the hosts was excellent—friendly, responsive, and always available by message or phone if needed. The check-in process using the lockbox was smooth and easy. The property itself was immaculately clean, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a self-catering stay. It’s located in a quiet residential area, perfect for a peaceful break. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Too many rules and lots of damage

Comfortable beds.

Broken toilet seat, damaged floor, stained couch. The host took £100 deposit then threatened the repayment if we didn’t follow all her rules, of which there were many. I was bombarded by so many emails once I booked that I got confused, she wouldn’t release the key code until I had completed a digital registration form with all my personal details and my guests names, she threatened to throw us out if anyone other than those on registration form entered the house. I had to message her and send photos of the damage I found to ensue she didn’t hold back my deposit. The tone of her correspondence made me feel unwelcome, it was all about the money for her, not about a good experience for me. The house wasn’t even that nice to warrant a £100 deposit.

Friendly and helpful team at Arma Short Stays

I arrived earlier to Bicester than expected, and after a call to the team, they allowed to check in early 😊. Booked here to meet my friend as Bicester is halfway meeting point, perfect for what we needed (catch up, wine and food!) Beautiful house, added bonus of a garden and seating area which we fully utilised as the weather was good! Great location, Tesco express and a couple of takeaways, only a few minutes walk. Would definitely stay again, thank you

Nice place to stay

The house is clean and nice. It is like you are staying at your own house. We even did some cooking and the house is equipped with proper cooking utensils. The stove shows it is old, but it is clean. There is a small tesco nearby with walking distance. They neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful.

Weekend stay for a formula car experience day.

Well equipped lil home from home. Pleasantries such as tea, coffee, shower gel, toilet roll etc a thoughtful touch, very useful for when guests first arrive. Location great, close to the air base, town centre, and a tesco express within walking distance. Private drive for free parking and a private garden for somewhere to sit out. Communication with the host great. Easy to access and check in was smooth. Would definitely check availability if visiting Bicester in the future. Was very suitable for the 3 of us for a weekend stay.

The only negative we found was the floorboards was very creaky and loud when anyone was walking around the upstairs.

Little home from home

We were visiting relatives after lockdown and shopping at Bicester shopping village. The property was convenient and homely. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water. The heating was not on when we arrived but heated quickly. It was easy to find the key and satnav found the property.

We liked it all but there was a funny noise from the rainwater down/drain outside the bedroom windows which maybe needs looking at. Really no biggie.

Fairly pricey for the condition of the house

Location excellent for Bicester Village and easy to find. Lovely host! Comfy beds and nice bedding. Good selection of kitchen utensils and plenty of crockery.

Could’ve done with being cleaner. Lots of dust around skirting boards and head board of bed. Cobwebs too. Bathroom and kitchen needs updating.

Good value as it had all the facilities we needed. It was a tiny house but somehow did not feel cramped. On a meandering estate of little houses yet felt welcoming. Close to Blenheim, Oxford and canal.

Did not have a dining table. So sat on sofa round a coffee table, which worked. In summer could use the patio table. Slight trouble with key code.

Superb

Was the perfect accommodation for an overnight stay for 3 of us while visiting a family member. We didn't spend much time in the house but were impressed with it and it was great having a Tesco Express within a 5 minute walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.
