We loved this property so much!! Everything was clean, tidy, well-equipped, and well-managed. It was exactly what we were hoping this portion of our stay would be - a home away from home. We are a family of four with two boys aged 5 and 2 years old. After spending the first few days of our UK trip in a hotel room (albeit spacious), this property gave us the creature comforts we were craving and was perfect for our 8-day stay in Bicester. Our boys relaxed into the environment straight away, slept through the night in their beds the whole time we were there, and loved sharing a room where they were able to have the familiarity of their favourite toys and teddies laid out. The living room sofa was deep enough for us all to curl up together as a family to watch TV. The kitchen was huge, and we enjoyed playing cards at the dining table. The bathrooms were modern and clean. At one point, we had to contact the owners to let them know there was an issue with the TV when we arrived (I'm assuming the people who had stayed there previously had broken the aerial wire and not reported it). They were apologetic and came to the property within the hour (late afternoon) to fix the issue. They were respectful of our privacy as tenants and made sure to arrange a time convenient for us to come over. When they realised that the TV was beyond repair, they came back with a new TV the next morning! After meeting the owners in person and working through this minor setback with them, it was clear they are experienced in short-term rental accommodation and genuinely care about their guests' comfort. The location was fantastic for shopping at Bicester Village, and it was within walking distance of the family whom we were there to visit. We spent time exploring Oxford, drove down to Bibury (voted the prettiest village in England for good reason!) and enjoyed a driving experience at Silverstone race track. Our whole experience could not have been more enjoyable!

One bathroom is en-suite, the other bathroom serves three double rooms, which is not ideal. There is another toilet which is great. The property is very near the main road so noisy.

Can not fault this property. It was perfect for 2 families getting together for the weekend . James had been an exceptional communicator throughout and when, on our first evening, we could not get the washing machine to work we rang him and he was at the property within an hour. That’s excellent service.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. The location, the bedding configuration, the decor, everything was perfect.

A fantastic property located in a great place! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Bicester. All of the rooms were spacious and the kitchen/diner was a great, social space. We loved the location of the house as it was within walking distance of Bicester Village which was perfect for us! The rooms were very clean and we really appreciated the extras such as the TV, WiFi, hairdryer etc. Highly recommend this property!

Large clean comfortable modern house with top class facilities, close to all amenities.

We booked this accommodation as a home-from-home while attending our daughter's wedding at the nearby Tythe Barn in Launton. There is a shortage of larger quality properties in this area but this recently listed house fills that gap. It is perfectly located close (walking distance) to all of Bicester's amenities and the each of the 4 bedrooms were of equal size, which is very rare in modern or period properties. Our needs were flexible with daughter and several bridesmaids staying on the evening before the wedding, the kitchen was large enough to accommodate everyone plus hair stylists. It was a perfect home from home base for our big day and will be flexible for most other needs.

Nothing important (the central heating system didn't have an easy "boost" function. I doubt many people would miss this but we were up very early on the morning of the Wedding before the pre-set timings and soon ran out of hot water for the showers).
