Nicky is the best host EVER!

Nicky is an excellent host and driver on one occasion. Absolutely went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and could not have done more for us. Such a lovely place to stay.

Great break in a fabulous cottage

Nicky is a wonderful host and provided a very warm welcome and clear instructions for the cottage. The cottage itself was beautiful - very well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable indeed. Plenty of green fields around and this was the view from our patio. Ample parking and very neat access system to the gated site. Definitely highly rated in all aspects of our stay. Thank you Nicky for a fabulous break.

Beautiful place to stay, exceptionally clean. Everything was thought about right down to the milk left in the fridge. Very nice place to stay, really quiet and private. Host was very helpful and available if needed.

A luxury break in the English countryside.

The cottage was immaculate and had everything you could need for a four day stay. Nicky was on hand and so friendly and helpful. We loved the quiet countryside location and felt relaxed and comfortable .

We had a lovely stay and couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We loved the property- everything we needed even some milk for a cuppa on our arrival. Everything inside our cottage had been done to a very high specification with lovely little touches everywhere and so comfortable for us all. Nicky was always on hand if we needed anything- would highly recommend and will definitely return in the future.

The property is in a quiet rural location with ample secure parking space. Nicky went out of her way to extend a warm welcome and ensured that we had everything we needed. Oak Cottage was immaculate, beautifully decorated with everything we needed (and more), and everything was spotlessly clean. There was ample space for the two of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. Will definitely look to stay here again when next in the area. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, comfy stay

What a beautiful place to stay! We spent a week in Maple Cottage and we could not have been more delighted. The cottage was spacious, incredibly well appointed and immaculately clean with a lovely private outdoor space which added to our stay. Nicky (our host) went over and above to ensure that we were well looked after ensuring we had the essentials when we arrived as well as keeping us informed during our visit. The location of the farm is in a quiet position which made for a peaceful stay and very relaxing sleeps. We were so impressed we booked again whilst we were there!! Thank you Briary Cottages. All the great reviews are very well deserved.

Nicky is a great host. Pepper Cottage was very comfortable in a great location. We did not want to leave! The decor is great, bedding and towels are of the highest quality and cottage is fully equipped. We will be booking again. We all loved it.

I had a bit of a problem with the bed being a bit low and the mattress a little to soft but that's purely personal as I do have spinal arthritis so this is ongoing problem Saying that I won't hesitate to return everything else is 100 %

Peaceful relaxing absolutely amazing stay

My list is long :- Nicky made my stay so welcoming and comfortable and is so friendly but also professional. The little touches milk tea coffee biscuits and flowers on the table. There was a lovely smell in the cottage all week and each time I came in it was so welcoming. The view from my patio was beautiful as I sat in the morning having my brew in the sunshine. The security at the farm was great as a solo traveler I felt really safe I didn’t want to leave but I will be back.

Perfect Accommodation, perfect location, perfect hosts.

This was an amazing find and exceeded all my expectations. We were in the area for a family wedding and had looked at local hotels and then found this - and how pleased was I that I did. As a family party of 3 adults , this cottage covered all bases for us. It was far better value for money than any of the hotels. We had 2 separate bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and plenty of space in the communal areas to all sit and relax. The outdoor patio area with table and chairs was a nice area to sit and enjoy the surrounding country side views with a coffee/wine (depending on time of day !) The cottage was spotless and finished to a high standard. Nicky our host was extremely welcoming, friendly and on hand to answer any questions - but in no way intrusive to our stay. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to others for value for money, ease of access, peace and quiet and general cleanliness of the property and surrounding garden/parking areas.

Modern cottage with incredible sunrise/sunset views in a quiet location for relaxation

The cottages were very modern and felt like a home away from home. Due to the property being on the farm the views for both sunrise and sunset are incredible. Nicky and Chris were both great hosts and always available to answer any questions or provide restaurant recommendations.

Beautiful cottage. Excellent fixtures and fitting. Immaculate throughout (and trust me I’m super fussy) Cannot recommend enough !!!

Sadly the guest in our adjoining cottage did not respect the beautiful setting and immaculate accommodation as we did. But you can’t choose your neighbours and this is NOT a reflection on our Hosts.

Lovely holiday cottage for a very wet weekend

Well laid out holiday cottages, excellent shower. The property suited our purpose for a weekend stay when attending an event at Silverstone. the hosts were very friendly. The house had all the things we needed.

The weather was terrible, raining heavily all day Saturday so the house was a wonderful warm dry place to come back to. I would also say the double room is quite small, with little space to put an opened up suitcase.
