Hotel was just 5 mins walk to Woodstock and also to Blenheim Palace. Room beautiful and we stayed in Garden room which had its own outside seating which was lovely as it was very warm.
Little touches like they put water, orange juice and milk in fridge on arrival.

This property is the best we have ever stayed in.
It is kept in immaculate condition very clean and Pauline the owner couldn’t be more accommodating

Luxurious and a beautiful home from home. Pauline our host is so lovely and caring. Comfortable bed and gorgeous bedding. The bath in our suite was great for a soak after my husband completed the Blenheim Palace Triathlon. And we could walk to the palace - just five minutes away.
