Standard of cleanliness and decor was exceptional. Everything was within walking distance - cafes, restaurants, ice cream shop, a very good Co-Op, bus stop shops and Blenheim Palace. The garden was lovely to sit in for coffee and meals. Felt very safe.
No full length mirror and shelves/ drawers would have been useful as we stayed there for a week. There was some hanging space.

Upstairs floor carries noise if people walk in floor above.

Fantastic location to explore Woodstock and Oxford. Pauline was an excellent host. The accommodation was exceptional! It also had the added bonus of being able to use the beautiful garden.
