All the staff were friendly, and helpful from the reception lady who checked us in a gave me a complementary drink voucher for my birthday to the bar staff who were happy to chat with me. I struggle to sleep on first night in hotels and ended up sitting downstairs for a few hours early morning and night managers were friendly and helpful to me also. The 24hr coffee machine is a must for me due to being an early riser.
The room temperature was too hot. I selected the coolest option but it heated up again. The adjustable bed was an interesting feature. Would have been better if it was separate independently adjustable mattresses. I could not get used to the toilet. I definitely need something more substantial than opaque glass between me in the toilet and the other guest in the room!

Location, the restaurant and bar.
They design of bathroom was a bit unusual (less privacy if you stay with friend).

Great location to be a bit away but still walking distance to all things.
Did find other peoples hair in our bathroom. Air and heat was difficult to adjust to right temp.
