The aparthotel is in an excellent location. The staff is friendly and the apartment clean and nicely decorated.
The sofa bed wasn’t really a sofa bed. It was just a sofa. It didn’t open. It was very short and the mattress was hard.
In the bedroom, the double bed was small and the mattress was hard and uneven. There is an AC only in the bedroom, but it was quite old and noisy. We left after the first night.

We travelled as 3 adults. Excellent location, very close to Edinburgh castle, shops and dining. Very clean, comfortable, air conditioning worked like a dream. Spacious bathroom and places to get ready, comfortable beds. Spacious storage and kitchen too.
A little noisy at night with the bars closing and glasses being emptied into recycling below the windows. Would recommend closing the windows and turning on the aircon for the noise alone. Other than that, I would highly recommend this accommodation!

Hotel room was clean and tidy and being an aparthotel it managed to accommodate our family of six with no real issues. right in the middle of the city, we were only a short walk from key sites and transport links
bathroom facilities need updating with balanced flow to maintain water temperature in the shower. shower screen seals need replacing as they leak a little.. nothing major.

Location and room size
Walls were very grubby and the marks stood out. The bathroom smelled very bad. The doors would not stay open to allow air circulation. The window faced a classroom and the blinds gave no privacy when open. The hallways smelled bad. Only two seats in the kitchen.
