The receptionist was so lovely and helpful!

Room size was decent and beds were clean. Neat and clean towels were provided. Bathroom was big and clean. I would rate location to be very very good

There was no staff available. They charged us extra GBP 25 becoz we wanted to use washrooms upon our early arrival.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of most major tourist attractions, so there's hardly any need to use public transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I really enjoyed chatting with some of them—they made the stay even more pleasant. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, although the furnishings are a bit outdated. The only downside was that the bed was quite small for two people. One thing I really appreciated was the excellent housekeeping service. Fresh towels and other supplies were available every day upon request, and you could also pick them up from the reception whenever needed. I forgot to mention that having washing/dryer in the room helps in saving money on laundry 😅 and you don't need to pack much clothes.. Just wash n reuse. And yes they provide the dishwasher and washing machine soap! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it. My only advice is to book well in advance to get the best rates. We booked at the last minute and ended up paying more than we would have if we had planned ahead.

Location and room size

Walls were very grubby and the marks stood out. The bathroom smelled very bad. The doors would not stay open to allow air circulation. The window faced a classroom and the blinds gave no privacy when open. The hallways smelled bad. Only two seats in the kitchen.
