A localização do apartamento é o ponto forte. O facto de ter ar condicionado ajudou bastante, devido à vaga de calor.
O apartamento precisa de manutenção. Estivemos aqui há três anos e nota-se uma forte diferença: ar descuidado - paredes riscadas, móveis a precisar de arranjo ou mesmo mudança, eletrodomésticos desatualizados ( pouco práticos e funcionais, como o fogão e o forno). O quadro elétrico foi abaixo diversas vezes...
