La ubicación y que tuviera aire acondicionado, cocina bien equipada

Location was great, the house is very big
On the first day, the boiler was not working. I contacted the owner using all the available contact methods, but there was no response. The owner got back to me the next day, and the hot water issue was resolved. Also, the apartment is on the second floor. If you have very heavy luggage, it might be difficult to carry it upstairs.

Well located, noise free and comfortable
Very poor experience with getting into the apartment. Saturday meant no one responded on the phone. We had to dig a lot to figure out how to enter.
