Everything about this resort was excellent, we really feel welcomed, staff were friendly and helpful. It’s amazing experience to stay in the tent with comfort.

Location, we didn’t expected it took over 4hours from north west to their resort. We also struggled a little bit to find a driver to go back to our next location. Apart of that everything was amazing!

I chose this resort because they claim theirself as five stars resort. Unfortunately, this resort doesn’t represent 5 stars to me. Started with bad experience at Front Office. I just done diving, I was very tired because we drove from Kuta as well. When I arrived at Front Office, I just wanted to get my key then shower ASAP. However, the front office was busy talking with another person by phone. I don’t mind if she was doing multitasking, but she’s not doing her job well. First she almost forgot to bring my ID card back, second she let me wait during check-in process without any apologize. THE THIRD MISTAKES SHE MADE WAS, when I finally arrived in my room to get ready for shower. Someone knocked my door, she asked me to fill the check-in form. YES I DID ANOTHER CHECK-IN PROCESS IN FRONT OF MY ROOM. The front office forgot to asked me to fill the form because she was busying talking to someone by phone when I was there during check in. Since then, I’m not interested anymore with the room itself. Even though people say that the clamping concept is beautiful. I just wanted to finish my stays, leave and never go back! Also, one of their concierge wasn’t well groom. For me, SERVICE IS NUMBER ONE. This resort needs to train their employees well how to give a 5 stars experience to their guests.

EVERYTHING. one of the best places weve stayed. we had a safari tent and it was amazing. view incredible. food in restaurant was great-expensive for Bali but excellent quality. the place gave a really good relaxing vibe, staff amazing, everyone greets you even the security guards. security very good. dive centre fab. can not fault it al all. hoping to come back and afford a plunge pool tent. hotel provided a free shuttle to take us into town to go to pharmacy which was a fab service. such a great experience.

walk from restaurant wasnt goo bad [7mins] but there is a buggy which arrives quite quickly, we used this in the mornings of dive as our underwater cameras heavy. but if physical issues then the safari tent will be too far away. we missed going out to try different places for food, but there is no where walkable, no reason why you couldnt get a cab, but we didnt bother. be nice if the shuttle allowed you to spend time in the town [and be able to ring up when ready to go back], as we were told we could just pop into pharmacy. TBH there was nothing we didnt like

The property was incredible ! Glamping is a beautiful experience for both families couples and solo travelers. The property is nested in a private bay with incredible reefs, snorkeling and diving !

Be mindful of wind conditions as you may hear it front the tents and therefore sleep can be a little disturbed if you are a light sleeper.

Excellent design blending with nature! Beautiful natural surroundings kept so well!

Few small suggestions: 1. Showering in the bathroom made the wash basin area wet. 2. Possibly a few more vegetarian choices

Beautiful property with fantastic staff and infinity pool

Free one way shuttle bus into the nearest town taking about 6-7 mins. Return is 250,000idr, so about £12. Better to get a moped from a very local Taxi service on google maps.

The villa right on cliff with our own pool was wonderful

Location is superb. Remote tip of Bali with exceptional facilities: 5* tents, cliff pool villa tent, fabulous food and staff with a PADI dive/snorkeling team on site. Menjangan Island snorkeling ***** Beyond fabulous

Temperature of the Villa pool was a bit too cool but the main pool was great. Winds are constant and strong in July and August.

It was clean and spacious. Beautiful area and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The room 409 we were first allocated was very noisy with facilities, the aircon, pump outside the room and the fan, we could not sleep as the decibels were very high from the noises coming from them.

It was all beautiful; the pool, the grounds, the massage huts, di I g room, menu & especially our glamping tents.

There was no real entertainment.

Absolutely beautiful set up. Very nice setting. Our tent was upgraded and was very comfortable. Very comfy bed. Food was SO good. Snorkelling was one of my favourite experiences in the whole of Bali. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Very peaceful and restful place.

Nothing. Just be aware that it’s in a small village with not that much around so you’ll spend the majority of your time here. It is absolutely fabulous though so this is not a bad point.

The restaurant and very small beach area were good.

Loud speaker chanting throughout the entire night with 2 hours sleep max. Fan and toilet making constant noises. No shade over only pool. Nowhere to hangout when over 25° without getting burnt. No access to extended waterfront. Cost of activities outrageous. Water towers not working. The tent area we was in (deluxe) was tired and worn and needs help. One chair inside not helpful. Not worth what we paid.

Our double bedroom tent had the private pool facing the road where everyone was passing by, funny. Really difficult to spend time at the restaurant during dinner due to the huge amount of mosquitoes everywhere. The service is not great, we felt a lack of proper management.

At reception, we asked for a taxi to Gilimanuk, which is about 30 minutes away. They quoted us 750,000 rupiah — a price that’s wildly inflated, as the fair rate is likely under 150,000. We didn’t accept it and found an alternative way. Be aware that Grab doesn’t operate in this area (and they clearly know it). While we understand that hotel-arranged transport might be more expensive, this felt more like a scam than a service.

I found a new slice of Paradise. This place is truly spectacular. It was a perfect stay. Staff were amazing and everything about the place is beautiful.

Overall, the Staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. 10/10 Cleanliness. Swimming pool is awesome, long, deep and with a stunning view. Resort is set in a perfect, peaceful paradise. Nearby snorkelling is incredible. Restaurant food was delicious, and good value.

We just had a 1 negative. We booked a jungle trek in the National Park, it cost a lot of money and was extremely disappointing. It cost 1.8m, and we didn't even feel like we were in the national park. It felt like we'd been taken in some random woods. We we saw pretty much no animals. We complained. The staff at the resort were super helpful, but the manager of the activities showed terribly customer service. Didn't even apologise, and offered us an insulting 10% discount. We highly recommend the resort, but we do NOT recommend the Jungle Trek. Avoid. We wish they had reviews online of their activities, that would be super helpful to guests. Also, beware, everything at the resort is overpriced. For example; a taxi from the hotel to Airport is double the cost of booking.com

We really enjoyed this hotel and especially the peaceful and calm environment (you can hear birds from your bed which is very nice, you hear beach waves and birds if you do a massage), the staff (truly amazing, nice and respectful!), the food (breakfast includes eggs meal or traditional indonesian meal, hot and cold beverages and a « healthy » meal) and the wine. The « tent » atmosphere is also quite nice and makes you feel at the end of the world.

The only bad points are: - the bathroom as toilets are not separated from the bedroom and the shower is quiet tiny; - the price of the activities which are similar to European prices and thus too expensive for bali (more than 60€/person for snorkelling). don’t forget to bring earplugs and eye mask as you will stay in a luxurious tent, but still a tent without real walls!!
