Naprosto perfektní zážitek. Zažili jsme už ledacos, ale tohle zatím ne. Perfektní čistota, luxusní vybavení a krásná poloha (lehce vyvýšené nad pláží s nádherným výhledem, umístěné ve veliké krásné tropické zahradě) je něco co dokážu ocenit, ale není to až tak vzácné. Hlavním benefitem jsou zde naprosto perfektní lidé, ať už je to správce pan Kari, který několikrát za den přišel s úsměvem od ucha k uchu s tim zda něco nepotřebujeme, ale také nas osobně odvezl na letiště a nabízel i osobní doprovod v rámci různých výletů, ale také celý zbylý personál už ráno po probuzení jsme je viděli obcházet zahradu a sbírat popadané list, aby obratem přišly do kuchyně a celý den se o nás s přátelským úsměvem staraly jako o vlastní a uvařily nám co nám na očích uvidí a to celé pořád se širokým úsměvem bez ohledu na únavu. Jen takovou drobnou perličkou pro nas bylo to, že shodou okolností jsme v resortu byli shodou okolností celé tři dny sami a mohli jsme si tak tohoto luxusu užívat sami pro sebe. Za tyhle peníze je celý pobyt zde opravdu extrémně vysoká hodnota.
Je trochu komplikovanější se sem dostat, cesta z letiště taxíkem trvala cca 3 hodiny, zpátky podobně. Ale s tim jsme počítali. Někomu by mohlo vadit, že v moři se nedá koupat, ale s tím jsme počítali a nevadilo nám to,navíc naprosto luxusní velký bazén to dokonale vynahrazuje.

The mattress is absolutely filthy and there are no mattress protectors. Only a very thin sheet between you and the dirty, smelly mattress.

Eine sehr schöne kleinere Anlage, abgeschieden, ruhig mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter*innen. Der Hotelmanager kümmerte sich perfekt, fragte nach, nahm sich täglich etwas Zeit. Da meine Frau eine üble Knieverletzung hatte, war dieses tolle Team einfach super.
Wir hatten das Zimmer vorne am Pool, mit Blick aufs Meer von oben. Zum Meer gehen noch 60 Stufen in einem schönen Garten in Hanglage nach unten.
Das Frühstück und Abendessen (Vorbestellung) war ausreichend und gut v.a. das Abendessen mit balinesischen Gerichten war lecker.
Etwas bequemere Auflagen für die Poolliegen wären schön.

I stayed for 15 nights in the bungalow closest to the sea. The location is excellent, and the pool and view are truly exceptional, creating a special atmosphere. The staff maintained a good standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.
The staff were professional, attentive, and service-oriented, always welcoming and flexible.
Mr. Kari deserves special recognition for his exceptional care and professionalism. He accompanied me on excursions, checked in daily, and always took the time to ensure my well-being. He truly understands what high-quality guest service means.
The facilities are worn, and the curtains and textile mosquito nets were stained and had visible holes. Tokay geckos left droppings daily on the floor and in the bathroom.
On the final day, I discovered that my suitcase was infested with ants. Ants were also present in the room, bathroom, and occasionally in the bed. The situation required around two hours to clean and repack my belongings.
I raised these concerns with the owner, who refused to offer any compensation, which significantly affected the overall experience.
Despite a prior agreement that the hotel would cover the airport transfer due to a 1.5-hour wait, the owner later demanded that I pay 50% of the cost. Only after mediation by Mr. Kari did the owner reluctantly honor the agreement.
