Maybe only view from the window.

Beginning with that, most photos are randomly taken, not from the actual property. Property is within the owners property, not only quite a walk from NOT secured car park (just random place) but also labyrinth journey through the owners house. Accommodation is rather a DIY place than renting accommodation. Shower with GLASS ceiling, visible from the mezzanine (1.5m hight)) floor, so if you are familie or friends it will be quite a fun))) ,at leastwater was hot. The kitchen is falling apart, a lot of random unusable stuff all over the kitchen and cupboards. No TV. Bedroom was a very rustic look, very beautiful. The bed! impossible squeaky bed!))) Noise from the floor above, early morning someone was constantly ragging something over the floor. Washing machine not free and you ha e to even ask permission to use it, actually owner has to come and set it up for you. Well, it was a bit of adventure)) Maybe it's ok for one day stay, not more. Sorry, but there are tons of work need to be done to make this property a welcoming place. All the best.

Alberto welcomed us very warmly, the accommodation is quite unique with its old inside walls.

The bedroom is in the older part of the building which has no window to the outside and therefore no option to open a window for ventilation. The kitchen has seen better times, it is functional but not very inviting to prepare meals there.

The property was very nice for a relaxing cottage experience, the place is quite and surrounded by nature. 🌲

There are not a lot of things to do around considering the property is quite isolated, the closest dinning place was at a 30 minutes walk from the rental. I do not recommend this place if you don’t go by car because it is quite far from the city and the buses go with a low frequency. Also, from the bus stop to the property there is 30 minute walk as the bus only goes as far as the center of Ricco del Golfo and the property is located further away.

Wonderful, quiet!

The location was in the mountains 10 minutes out of La Spezia, in a village with 40 people. The house was 400 years old. Very rustic! Alberto was a most gracious host, warm and friendly. Wonderful, quiet place to stay while visiting the Cinque Terre region!!

I usually leave no bad reviews, but the decision to not give us a late checkout even though the check-in is at 5pm did i

The check-in at 5pm threw us off completely. We were left with the decision to go through Cinque Terre, without leaving our things behind or being able to take a shower. The owner was pretty precise about us leaving at 10am even though we arrived at 9pm. If the check-in is at 5pm, who cleans for 7 hours?? We came in extremely tired and the parking is very far if you have luggage to carry. You get no wifi, which at the 21st century equals torture.

A rustic and quiet place with an amazing view of hills and plenty of trees from the window, the birds chirp in the morning! a perfect place to relax and relatively near by La spezia.

kinda far from the The closest bus station and grocery store ( 24 minutes of walking). the buses from ricco del golpe Leaving at very specific hours which requires pre-arrangement regarding the time of departure from the village to the bus station, again, 24 minutes walk, less recommended for those who are depending on public transport, But if you are trying to save some money and love nature and quiet it is definitely worth the effort and inconvenience.

Idéal pour un séjour Nature randonnée avec des hôtes super sympa et sa voiture!

L accueil des hôtes,appart spacieux et equipé et la Nature aux alentours,disponibilité des hôtes pour m amener aux arrêts de bus du village en bas et possibilités de balade sur le GR.

Très difficile d accès en bus depuis la gare de La Spezia,bruit samedi matin 9h de débroussaillage de l hôte sous les fenêtres alors que je venais exprès pour me mettre au calme ,escalier pour monter aux lits en haut très dangereux,petite hauteur sous plafond et literie sommaire.

Meravigliosa soluzione tra mare e montagna

Graziosissimo appartamentino situato in un piccolo borgo immerso nella natura, a poca distanza dalle 5 terre. Puó ospitare comodamente 4 o 5 persone, cagnolini compresi. Ho apprezzato un sacco la posizione tranquilla, la disposizione notturna molto coccolosa (ho scelto di riposare in alto nel soppalco e si dorme da dio), il salottino con cucina completo di strumenti per prepararsi da mangiare al meglio e il tavolino esterno con vista sulla valle. Valdipino é un angolo di mondo in cui il tempo sembra essersi fermato, per cui una menzione speciale va anche al contesto delizioso in cui si trova l'accomodation, magico e dal sapore antico. C'é, infine, un comodo parcheggio in fondo alla stradina principale in cui lasciare liberamente l'auto, utile a chi sceglie di viaggiare in macchina; si trova a meno di 2 minuti a piedi dal portone di casa, il che ne fa una soluzione ideale. Ps. Portate delle scarpe da trekking se vi piace passeggiare in montagna perché si può partire direttamente dal paesino per avventurarsi in giro per i boschi. Ne vale assolutamente la pena 🤩
