Fabulous stay .

A lovely overnight stay . Great family run B&B in a gorgeous house . Room was very comfortable and clean . Anything you needed was no trouble for them . Breakfast in the morning was superb with a very varied menu .Would recommend the full English though ! Will definitely stay again .

Very pleasant stay with a lovely breakfast. The fruit salad was especially appreciated and the home made marmalade was great. Nice quite quiet location with easy parking and near good restaurants.

We would certainly be happy to stay there again in September, a quiet month.

We were greeted by a very congenial gentleman who showed us to our room, explained the facilities and helped with finding a parking place for our car. His charming daughter helped with the WiFi Password. The double bed was very comfortable and room was serviced every day. Breakfast was an excellent choice, not a buffet, but a very comprehensive choice and well cooked. Our room overlooked the small park and was quite comfortable with a TV and armchairs. The Guest House is a short walk from the centre of Hunstanton and the view over the Wash is spectacular at sunset. The town was not extensively explored but would no doubt be suitable for families with children. We did not eat in any local restaurants., but there appear to be a fairly wide choice. We stayed for three days in September 2022.

The water we noticed was very soft but the towels were rough. I would suggest they could be washed in house and then would be nice and soft and fluffy. A chair for the desk would have been a useful addition.

Perfect safe location very comfortable night, we would definitely visit again.

The Staff where very welcoming and lovely. The room was nice and the bed was super comfortable. We even had a view of the sea and overlooking the 'sensory garden' opposite. Also great breakfast was provided.

The only thing that let the experience down was the lack of 'pressure' in the shower. I don't know why there could have been many reasons for this and it was genuinely the only negative.

This is a small guest house offering three rooms. We had the room with a balcony which allowed you to sit outside at a small table with two chairs overlooking a small park. From here you could see the sea and enjoy the afternoon sunshine. Prefect!

Central location, a short walk to all shops, beach, bars, restaurants and theatre,yet still a very quiet location Very attentive friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Good value for money, we would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Host, great spacious room, great breakfast, clean, tidy, really lovely.

Excellent and wonderful Host, Armundo, who was very inviting, welcomed us with fresh milk for a cup of tea and was on hand in case we needed anything. Breakfast was really lovely and again our Host could not do enough for us. Breakfast was warm and hot and I loved the paintings throughout.
