Delivered as we had hoped for.

The twin beds were in separate rooms...Brilliant as I was travelling with my Father. Car park, Private patio and, ground floor room access..again, ideal for an elderly relative. Bright, smart and, very clean.

I appreciate that it was clear that breakfast wasn't offered, but wonder if small cereal boxes could have been included with the coffee, tea and milk selection? Unable to filter for twin beds at the beginning of my search for accommodation process.

Clean, friendly, great location.

Location was perfect - quiet but close to the beach. Nice communal eating area for take away fish & chips! Handy having a fridge in the room, too. The whole place was very clean.

Granted, the weather had just turned colder (but still double figures) but the rooms were absolutely baltic when we arrived. We put the radiators on but still v cold on the first night. Also, the double bed mattress was very soft - not a problem if that’s what you like, but a medium mattress would probably suit more people (middle of the road for those who like soft or hard mattresses). Pillows were really nice though.

Great stay as usual. We had all we needed and it was a v enjoyable trip.

Host is always very pleasant and accommodating. Fresh water and milk daily are welcome extras.

I would love the bathroom (self contained suite) to have a window which opens rather than just a vent.

Great find

The welcome we received was wonderful and David was able to give advice on where to visit and eat. The rooms were very comfortable with milk and cold water readily available for drinks. The seafront was only a few minutes walk. Old Hunstanton beach was a 15 minute walk away making a great morning circular walk.

A home away from home in Hunstanton!

A brilliant base location for where we wanted to visit, with Hunstanton itself being ideal for evening meals and late night food if we got back too late from a day out. The place was spacious, the fridge was especially helpful considering the heat, and it felt like a home away from home :D Great tips from the host too for places to eat out and for walking locally! Tasty coffee from the communal machine too!!

Great little break away in sunny Hunny!

Lovely friendly host with David greeting us upon our arrival. The place is spotless and in excellent condition. Had our own driveway and side entrance to our accomodation. There is a comfortable coffee lounge which we didn't use as well. No breakfast but had our own kitchen area to sit and have our food.

Spotless, well equipped and everything you needed. The Coffee Station was a real bonus for Coffee lovers. Our host Dave was well informed about the area and was extremely helpful for recommendations of restaurants and things to visit in the area.

Exhausted

We stayed in the studio which had a very good relatively new shower room with a great power shower the bed linen and towels were good.

Unfortunately we had very noisy people above who came in after midnight, the front door was right next to our room and there is no soundproofing at this property. These kindly guests ran up and down the stairs a few times and stomped around talking loudly until around 2am. The studio has a large bay window and the curtains were light so the room was in full daylight at 5am. The carpet is old and the armchairs have stained arms and looked shabby. When we complained to the host as we presumed they lived on site and would have heard the noise, we were told they live off site. There is no wifi at this property anywhere and also the television didn't work, luckily my daughter has unlimited data so we could hotspot off her phone.

Great location

Had everything we needed, very spacious room and ensuite, incredible location. Bed was very comfy, generally wonderful accommodation.

The only downside was the room was incredibly warm due to it being a hot weekend. The owner provided a great fan but it was still unbearable at points and made us feel ill.

Really enjoyed our stay!

The whole place sparkling clean and tidy, our room light and airy with new furniture and well appointed with tea making facilities, lamps and mirrors. The hosts are friendly and we were encoraged to ask if there was anything we required. No breakfast in this guest house but a dining table provided in the lounge if you wanted to eat your own food there. Books and magazines were available to borrow.

The bathroom is lovely, again light and airy but the shower cubicle very small not easy if you have long hair to wash.

Their accommodation was a nice room close to the beach and the high street.

We stayed three nights. The room was clean, well fitted out. Friendly owners. Bed was comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked properly.

Because we were in the attic, we kept bumping our heads on the beams. The room wasn’t cleaned and tidied on the second day, as promised.

We had a great couple of days, the room was comfortable and well equipped, with a nice sitting area. The Coffee machine in the communal room was also a bonus. Easy walking distance to the beach, and the high Street. I would definitely come back here.
