Amazing location , bad air condition

Convenient location close to beach, park Marjan but also 10-15 min walk from old city and centrum. Apartment is spacious, bed was comfortable, kitchen was equiped with everything you need for a quick meal.

It was very hard to sleep and feel comfortable during heat because the air condition was very bad. We couldnt cool down the apartment even by keeping it on 18th degrees. Think A/C needs immediate service or a deep clean. Second thing that was annoying was wi-fi, that was breaking every 15-20 min and needed a constant restart which is inconvenient if you want to watch a movie or use it for work.

Super market is just 2 min away. Host is really cool and very helpful. she allowed us to Check out 3 hrs later since our bus was late. I recommend this place for sure.

Everything was good but be prepared to climb some stairs. but it is not a big deal we enjoyed it.

Good balance!

It had a big enough table for us to work, quite near the city center, and very quite during the whole day.

It is an old apartment that need a little bit of renovation, but the good cleaning made it nice enough 😊

Amazing stay ! The apartment is big, beautiful, cozy and amazing !

Ivana waited for us to give us the keys and helped us out up to the apartment throu the stairs. We were really happy to stay here in Split and we recomend it for sure !

Some stairs to the apartment, we recomend dont bring heavy luggage. The apartment is amazing !

Superb

A nice clean apartment, fully equipped, in a quiet place quite close both to the city center and to the beautiful Marjan park. You have plenty of opportunities: hiking/running/biking its trails in a pine forest, swimming in crystal clear water at its rocky beaches (most of them has ladders, the Bene beach is adapted for people with a disability), visiting museums, have water tours and enjoying city life in the center. A supermarket is in a 5-min walk from the place. Ivanna is a wonderful and very helpful host.

No elevator, travelers should be prepared to climb the stairs to the third floor. Electric sockets are not always in covenient places. Cookware works bad with the electric stove (but who wants to cook on vacation! :))

Superb

The host Ivana was really kind and helpful, she also reserved a parking place for us when we arrived. The place is spacious and well equipped. It also has a really nice location. The center and the beaches in the forest in easy walking distance. The AC was also very good. There are huge supermarkets in a few minute drive, like Kaufland. We had a very good time there.

The neighbours were really loud upstairs sometimes. You could hear them shouting, hammering, drilling and also running around.

Excellent stay during summertime.

The location is about 25 mins from the bus terminal and 15 mins from the old city. Close enough to have a walk under strong heat in summer and go back. It is also pretty close to the city park where we can swim on several beaches. The host Ivana is super nice and she answered every question that we had about Split and the surrounding area. We arrived late by bus and she still waited for us for our checkin.

Really great accommodation

Ivana is really amazing and helpful person and she provided us wonderful stay. Walking distance to the old town, beach etc is 15-30 minutes. The apartment has everything: towels, bed sheets, kitchen utensils, iron, hair dryer, washing mashing. Very clean, fast WiFi. I highly recommend the place :)

très bon accueil de la part de l’hôte, logement propre et spacieux

Logement un peu loin du centre (20mn à pied environ), mauvaise isolation sonores (voisin du haut et femme de ménage dans les escaliers le matin)
