Suitable for a short visit to see the sights

The property is in a quiet area close to shops and walking distance to key locations. We enjoyed using the bikes. The hosts reserved on-street parking for us.

The kitchen was only suitable for basic cooking and the shower was small.

Perfect!

Everything was just perfect! We have arrived to Split early in the morning and it was very kind of the hosts to provide the apartment earlier, so we could take a rest from the night flight. The room was very clean and cozy with everything you need to feel at home. You can also use the free bicycles to explore the city and the park which is next to the apartment. Also we are very grateful for all the information and help during our stay. The host even gave us ride to our next place of stay. Unfortunately they were booked for the following days otherwise we would definitely stay longer. By the way Thank you very much for the homemade liqueur, it was amazing!

Good location, quiet neighbourhood, 10 min walk to the historic centre and 5 mins from entrance to nearby forest. Easy to park near property.

Exceptional

great location of the apartment. A very nice convenience are bikes that are equipped and despite the fact that everywhere is close, it additionally speeds up the movement, especially in the heat. The apartment is located on the ground floor, so it was cool in it, even without the air conditioning it is equipped with. There is also a very nice terrace with a garden. The owners are very nice and hospitable, they speak fluent English. Recommendable apartment.

Comfy apartment in a quiet area not too far from the center

Ivan was very welcoming and helpful, let me check in earlier, responded quickly in WhatsApp, allowed to leave my baggage in the garage after my check-out. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a decent kitchen, in a quiet area not too far from the city center.

The bedroom window faces the internal garden, so voices can be heard sometimes, but Ivan and his guests left the area as soon as they realized I was at home in the evening, and he apologized the next day, so for me it wasn't a problem at all.

Great property and amazing host!

This is a very clean and spacious property located a short walk from the old town. It has everything you need for a great stay in Split. The host was extremely helpful as he picked us up from the ferry and dropped me off at the airport (even at 5am for my early flight)! Highly recommend this property!

A nice apartment with wonderful hosts

We are really glad that we chose to stay in this apartment. It was just the right size with everything that we needed. The location is also perfect - its within walking distance (around 15 to 20 mins) from the harbour and old town, yet it's in a quiet neighborhood away from the touristy and crowded areas. Our host Ivan is one of the nicest hosts we have had the pleasure of meeting. He was friendly, kind and very welcoming. On our first day, Ivan suggested a nearby seafood restaurant to us and the food there was incredible! He was also kind enough to give us a lift to the Krka national park when he learned we were going there (the conversation on the way was enjoyable as well). All in all, our stay in Apartment Zoky was really nice, and we will definitely like to stay here again if we visit Split in the future.

The automatic porch light was a bit too sensitive. It often switched on when we moved about in the kitchen (but the light did not enter the bedroom, so its only a minor disturbance). A couple of more power sockets near the bed would be nice.

The place is perfect to relax during holidays. The house is close to The Marian with beautiful beaches, and not to far for the old town. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and a space to relax. Owners are very nice and helpful. I fully recomend it!

Good place for two

Full equipped kitchen (fridge, kettle, microwave, kitchen tools), comfortable bed, everything clean. Helpful host. Good apartment for a pair, enough space for people and their things.

Neighbourhood was quiet, but the room itself was little bit noisy - the other side of bedroom's wall was someone's bathroom and toilet (water flushing from 7 am). Airvent in the apartment's bathroom was rather noisy and annoying. The kettle sometimes doesn't switch off.

Magical litlle apartment and location!

Ivan&Zoky made my trip extra special by making sure place was always clean and gave me extra attention in what ever I needed ! Ivan picked me from the airport and dropped me me back! Hosts met with us at airport and took us back when we left, they were on hand whenever they was needed or if needed. Top quality host recommended stay excellent. Key handed to us in person, gave us a taste of some of there wines lovely lovely people and so helpful.

The host family was very kind, they suggested beach, restaurant, local food and wine. We tasted one of the best local wine with them, in addition we also got very tasty local fruits. Thank for everything.

Nice place in a nice area

Perfect location, so close to the Marjan Park and all facilities yet some 10 minutes from the historic centre. Very nice host, very responsive, very supportive for any issues.. The place is clean, calm, and the description is correct. I think it is excellent value for money and quite convenient.

You won't find better apartment in Split at this price

We had an exceptional stay in this spotlessly clean and cozy apartment. All major Split landmarks are walking distance away, including the huge Marian park, the port and the beaches. Besides, parking spot is included as well as bikes if you are planning to explore Split. Hosts were super friendly and polite. All in all, one of the best stays we had in Croatia. 10/ 10 recommendation!

Ivan and his family were great hosts. They allowed us to do an early check-in and a late check out. The apartment is great, the bed is very comfortable. Another thing great about the place were the bikes which allowed us to discover the beautiful forest and beaches closed by. Thanks again we had a beautiful stay and hope to come back soon.
