The apartment is newly refurnished and all of the appliances are new. The place was cool in summer because it is partly underground/basement. It's not small as many other places in Split. The owner is super polite and friendly. The place was quiet.

Ottima posizione. A 5/7 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e lungomare. Inoltre, l'appartamento è situato in una lunga via con parcheggi gratuiti (cosa affatto scontata per Spalato). A 5 minuti di macchina (o 25 a piedi) ci sono anche 2/3 spiagge bellissime. Elza gentilissima e super cordiale. Appartamento grande. Ottima soluzione per chi viene a Spalato! Consigliatissimo

L’appartement est très bien situé, très propre et confortable, très bien équipé. Elza nous a très bien accueilli et nous avait préparé des biscuits et bovin de bienvenue. Elle est charmante et très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Split.
