Amazing Penthouse old town

A beautiful and spacious apartment in a perfect location. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very helpful, and the apartment had everything we needed for a great stay. All the main attractions were easy to reach, and the overall experience was fantastic. Two underground garages. Great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment right in the heart of the old town. It was perfect for a larger group, and having access to underground parking was a big plus. Most of the main attractions were just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The building itself was beautiful and unique, and the apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Superb location with nice facilities. Major attractions are within walking distance. Tram station just nearby. Plenty of selections for meals nearby.

Although it's not the fault of the property, but we were struggled to deal with the problem of water supply. We were told that, the city has not enough rain for many months. As a result, water supply was limited, affecting the toilet usage and kitchen cooking.

Location was brilliant, right in the centre, nothing was far to walk to. Bed was comfy, wifi was vwry good. Size of apartment is great, absolutely massive for 2 people. Staff were very friendly and responsive. The views are fantastic.

Very unclear on booking.com that certain rooms don't come with outdoor area. The pictures are not of the room we stayed in or received the confirmation for. Very disappointed that we had no outdoor terrace as this is one of main reasons we booked here. Parking is handy but garage will only fit a small car, we had a Skoda Skala and it was tricky to park. The advert shows a modern penthouse with wooden floors and decor but we had an outdated apartment with grey carpet throughout even in the kitchen. The bathroom is tiny and very dark, the lighting is awful. No full length mirror. The sheets had a hole in them, the taps in the both the sink and shower need a good scrub as does behind the bathroom sink. The washing machine needs a deep clean, black grime in the detergent drawers which was very off-putting. The absolute worst part of our stay was that the water was turned off completely every night we stayed so after exploring the city in 26°+ heat we couldn't even have a shower. Not even a trickle of water. This is obviously not the owner's fault but they knew in advance as had provided some containers of water and only informed us once we had checked in. Couldn't wash my hair before the next stop on our trip. We should have had the option to cance in advancel and either rebook elsewhere or skip Sarajevo on our road trip. It made the whole stay very stressful, we couldn't even flush the toilet. Disappointing considering other reviews.
