The location was perfect and they had a safe and secure place for parking. Also the floors in the bathroom were heated which was a nice surprise.
Nothing.

Fantastic location right in old town Parking right next door in a secure private carpark which I was sent full video instructions on how to access and how to check in
Bad smell from the bathroom after flushing the toilet so had to keep the bathroom door closed . There was DIY noise coming from the next room untill 10pm and noise early in the morning from the cleaning cupboard next to our room but we only stayed for 1 night, this would have been concerning if we were there for multiple days

Location is very central. It is close to every place you want to visit in Sarajevo.
The place was clean at first but even when we asked for cleaning the housekeeper just left clean towels. They didn’t clean the floor and change the sheets. The other day they only changed the sheets. The floor was same from first day to last day.
