The staff via Whatsapp was reactive with my requests and the location was perfect.

I know it was relatively cheap, but I've seen better accommodation with similar prices - many things could be improved (at least with room 3): - The bathroom hose leaks in front of the toilet, the shower floods the bathroom floor and there's no mop or mat for that. (Had to request extra towels) - The mirror was not clean and there was toilet paper in the bathroom when I arrived. - A second pillow would have been nice. - Air con is huge and blocking access to the window or to the other side of the bed without climbing over it. - A small lamp next to the bed would be nice (not just the main light with the switch next to the entrance only). - Kitchen is outside the room, a bit shabby, and there's only a kettle and some glasses and plates but no dishcloth. I used the mini fridge to put a lemon and on the last morning, it was frozen. - There was a bottle of shampoo, but only hand soap, no shower gel. - Booking says they don't take cash, but just before check-in I was told they only accept cash. I understand they asked to change this info, but in the meantime, it would be nice to warn guests in advance.

In cinque giorni non è mai stata effettuata una pulizia della camera, e gli asciugamani mancavano al check-in, arrivando solo dopo nostra richiesta. La camera aveva problemi tecnici: il piatto doccia si allagava e il condizionatore era guasto, sostituito da un refrigeratore stile pinguino delonghi molto rumoroso, e la luce del sole filtrava troppo facilmente a causa di sole due tende nere inadeguate a schermare l'ambiente. Le aree comuni sono trascurate e andrebbero valorizzate, peccato anche perché basterebbe davvero poco. Un dettaglio importante da segnalare riguarda i pagamenti: viene richiesto il contante e non il bancomat, modalità che andrebbe specificata prima della prenotazione. con qualche accortezza è facilmente migliorabile.

Die Treppe(Ist schwer mit einem Großen Koffer die viele Treppen zu bewältigen). Müllabfuhr ,sehr laut um 1 Uhr nachts.
