FIT Apartments

La posizione è perfetta! In due minuti a piedi sei in centro. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata il primo giorno, ma l'host è stato super efficiente e ha provveduto immediatamente a trovare una soluzione. L'appartamento è ben tenuto e pulito.

Easy access

The apartment was much smaller than expected. The kitchen was poorly equipped – there wasn’t a proper knife, and there were only mugs, with no drinking glasses available. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee pods were provided, only 3-in-1 instant coffee, which I don’t drink as it contains sugar and milk. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper on arrival, and I had to contact the owner to ask for more, which was inconvenient. I was also surprised that payment had to be made in cash. Every booking I’ve made through Booking.com has always been charged automatically to my credit card, so this was unexpected and less convenient. Overall, while the apartment served its purpose, a few simple improvements and clearer information would make for a much better guest experience.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is outstanding, right next to the Vijećnica, making it perfect for exploring Sarajevo on foot. The check-in process was simple and hassle-free. I would especially like to praise the hosts, who were incredibly understanding, accommodating, and always willing to help with any requests or changes. Their hospitality truly made a difference.

It’s in a great location.

It wasn‘t that clean how a property should be. The blanket and bed sheet had so make up stains and the water in the bath stood for Long time after showering. There was a left cigarette on the window shelf.
