Check-in was quick and efficient, following the instructions provided. The location of the house is excellent (a slight uphill climb, but you can reach Sebil in 5 minutes). Communication with the hosts was quick, and they were helpful. The room was sufficient for two people. The room temperature was adjustable.
There were issues with cleanliness. When I lifted the duvet, I found hair on the sheets. Disposable slippers are shown in the photos, but two pairs of standard slippers were provided (be sure to bring your own slippers). The internet was very poor; we informed them, but they said there was no problem. The internet connection kept dropping.

location is great, you are in the old town in about 5min by foot and the check-in process was very smooth, immeadiately got all the needed information for everything.
the bed was very hard and it smelled like mold a lot. also the apartment is one flat split into 3 apartments so you have a common entryway and if people are talking there/being loud you can hear it very well in your own apartment. also the curtains didn‘t block out the light very well.
